Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in cases of natural disasters (such as rain, earthquakes, or floods) or if the location is officially closed by the government.

By booking or purchasing tickets for events and tours organized by WCLA, HBN History by Nights, and Chandni Raatain, customers agree to the following refund policy: refunds will only be issued in cases of natural disasters, including but not limited to rain, earthquakes, or floods, or if the event location is officially closed by the government authorities. In all other circumstances, including personal reasons, schedule conflicts, or no-shows, no refunds will be provided. The management reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refund eligibility based on the situation.

Delivery & Exchange Policy for Tours

To avail our tour services, participants are required to reach the designated tour destination at the scheduled time.
Exchange of tours is not permitted under any circumstances.
