Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in cases of natural disasters (such as rain, earthquakes, or floods) or if the location is officially closed by the government.

This refund policy applies to all services and experiences offered by Wall City of Lahore (WCLA), including to WCLA tours, HBN (History by Nights), Chandni Raatein, and other related events.

Delivery & Exchange Policy for Tours

To avail our tour services, participants are required to reach the designated tour destination at the scheduled time.
Exchange of tours is not permitted under any circumstances.
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases, such as natural disasters (e.g., rain, earthquakes, floods) or if the site is officially closed by the Government.
