The Sargodha City was founded by Lady Trooper in 1903, under the supervision of Sir Charles Montgomery Rivaz KCSI (1845 – October 07, 1926). Being the District Headquarters since 1940, Sargodha was moved up to the status of Divisional Headquarters in the year 1960. It is one of the arranged urban communities of a district. The OLD DC Office in Sargodha is located in the Commissioner Office Complex, Katchehry Road, Sargodha. The WCLA took supervision for the conservation of this project in which the work undertaken included the removal of PVC Panels, Ceiling work, Flooring, removal of deteriorated C/S Plaster and applying new plaster.
